Every day I get to see patient after patient explaining how chiropractic care has changed their life and the life of their family. Being the hope and delivering results for patients, whether we are your first call or your last call, is why I make it my mission to change people's lives.
I graduated with honors from the very first and most prestigious chiropractic school, Palmer College of Chiropractic.
I utilize the Gonstead technique and look to the spine for the cause of the problem rather than treating symptoms. My job is to facilitate your body’s natural ability to heal itself through precise chiropractic adjustments which restore proper spinal and nervous system function. We make it a point to educate and empower our patient's to take back their life and health.
Outside the office:
Family comes first! I spend every moment I can with my beautiful wife, Caroline, and our daughter Brinley. I enjoy being active in the outdoors and spending some time on the golf course.
I volunteer for Peak Potential Outreach which is a non-profit that provides free health care to the underserved and underprivileged school systems of third world countries. Peak Potential Outreach has partnered with the Shriner's Hospital in Hawaii, making it possible for some of the children we serve to be able to receive much needed surgeries.
I hold a state certification in nutrition counseling and have taken continuing education courses in diagnostic imaging, disease prevention and wellness, advanced adjusting technique and pediatrics. I have been fortunate to serve patients of all ages from infants to the elderly.
I look forward to meeting you and helping you achieve your health and wellness goals!
I was born and raised in Stevens Point, WI and received my Bachelor of Science Nursing degree with honors from UW Eau Claire in 2003. After practicing nursing for a handful of years, I am looking forward to taking a different approach to helping patients achieve optimum health.
I am so excited to be a part of this practice and share the attitude towards health and wellness that Health by Hands Chiropractic lives out in the care of it’s patients. I believe that an individual’s overall well-being is so much more than the absence of ailments, but rather a mindfulness of mental, emotional, social, spiritual and physical aspects of one’s life.
“The secret to change is not in fighting the old, but in building the new.” “How you do anything is how you do everything.”
I am a graduate of Wisconsin Institute of Natural Wellness Professional School of Massage Therapy. I have 18 years of experience offering deep tissue, trigger point, Swedish and prenatal massage as well as facials. I also use techniques that include hot rocks, cupping, hot towels and aromatherapy to help alleviate pain and promote wellness.
In my spare time I enjoy bike riding, long walks and spending time with my family.
